We serve regional Southern cuisine. We try and source the most responsible food vendors when it’s affordable to do so. We use cheeses from Tennessee’s Sweetwater Farms, bacon and ham from Tennessee’s Benton’s, airline chicken breast from Tanglewood Farms in South Carolina, grassfed beef from Creekstone Farms in Indiana and Painted Hills in Oregon. We buy produce from local farms and offer a seasonal menu throughout the year.
